Who can enter

Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over and are invited by the promoter to enter.

Who can’t enter

Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of: (a) the promoter; and (b) the agencies, companies participating premises associated with this competition.

Competition period

12.01am (AWST) on 01/11/2022 to 11:59pm (AWST) on 31/12/2022.

Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during the competition period: (a) purchase any 4-pack of Otherside Brewing core range products* in a participating venue, (b) enter personal details on the provided entry card, (c) enter card into ballot box at participating venue.

*participating products include festive session ale, classic lager, lo-fi citrus mid, harvest red ale, anthem ipa, cloudburst hazy ipa.

(d) the guitar pick included with the entry card may be redeemed at the Otherside brewhouse, Blaikie Street, Myaree, 6154, for a standard pint of any core range product, as indicated above (*)

How many winners will there be, and how are they chosen?

There will be 1 grand prize winner determined in respect of this competition. There will be 1 draw conducted for this prize. The draw will be held at 12pm (aest) on 13/01/2023 at Otherside Brewing co, 1/84 Mccoy street, Myaree, WA, 6154. The first valid entry drawn randomly from the entries received during the competition period will win a prize. The promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (reserve entrants).

All eligible purchases contain a guitar pick, redeemable for a standard pint of core range product at the Otherside brewhouse (see entry instructions (d)). There will be 8000 eligible 4-packs throughout the duration of this campaign.

What can i win?

There is 1 grand prize available.

The grand prize is a custom Otherside Brewing Gretsch g2410tg streamliner hollow body electric guitar, with accessories including a guitar strap and floor stand. The value of the prize is $1,300.

Each entry card contains 1 guitar pick, redeemable for a core range standard pint at the Otherside brewhouse. There are 8000 picks to be available during the campaign. The value of all picks collectively, being redeemed for standard pints at the Otherside brewhouse, is $96,000.

How many times can you enter?

Each 4-pack purchase entitles the entrant to 1x ballot representation of the total ballot pool for the grand prize draw. You may participate an unlimited amount of times, respective of individual 4-pack purchases.

How and when will the grand prize winner be informed?

The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the grand prize draw.

Unclaimed prizes

Prize claim date: 12pm (AWST) on 13/01/2023

Unclaimed prize determination: 12pm (AWST) on 15/01/2023 at the same location as the original draw. If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry will be discarded and the promoter will re-award the prize to a reserve entrant and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize. Any winner will be informed by email within two days of determination. If a prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that info.

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you and must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity. The promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. By entering, you consent to the promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. By entering, you consent to receive email or sms messages from the promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility.

Responsible drinking

Enjoy alcohol responsibly. Consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the national health and medical research council Australian guidelines to reduce health risks from drinking alcohol – see: https://www.nhmrc.gov.au/aboutus/publications/Australian-guidelines-reduce-health-risks-drinking-alcohol. Where relevant, your participation in this competition may be subject to the liquor serving policy of businesses conducting the competition and/or providing the prize. All advertising material for this competition will include a message regarding responsible consumption of alcohol.

1. These terms and conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering, you accept these terms and conditions.

Entry

2. Your entry must be received during the competition period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the promoter. Where relevant, entry forms/scratch cards from any other competition cannot be used for this competition, and are void if copied, forged, stolen or interfered with. Where relevant, submitted entry forms are the promoter's property. If you return a qualifying purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). If online or sms entry is available, you will receive a return message confirming your entry. The promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.

Prizes

3. Prize/s and all elements of prize/s must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the promoter will not be liable. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the promoter, including, as relevant:

6. Conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements and applicable dress codes);
7. Conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;

9. Any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
10. The requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required;
11. A requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation; and
12. A requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.
13. You/your companion/s are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, mobile or data plans, installation costs, costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc. Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner/s must keep their tickets safe and the promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
14. The promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the prize.
15. Where relevant, the promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity. Similarly, while the promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the participation of any specified celebrity/ies in the prize element/s, the promoter and prize suppliers exclude, so far as legally permissible, all liability if for any reason the celebrity/ies do not attend the prize element/s due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoter and prize suppliers (e.g. illness). Unless otherwise specified by the promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element.

General

7. Any failure by you or (if applicable) your companion/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the promoter or the prize supplier(s).
8. For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion/s accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities.
9. If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you/your companion/s must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements). You must ensure that you/your companion/s are healthy and fit enough to take the prize. You/your companion/s must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies.
10. You/your companion/s must, if required by the promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the promoter in favour of the promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you or any companion/s do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.
11. If you or your entry are deemed by the promoter to breach these terms and conditions including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
12. You must not: (a) tamper with the entry process; (b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition; (c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner; (d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition; (e) breach any law; or (f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
13. If companion/s can take the prize with you, you are responsible for your companion/s and the promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or any or all of your companion/s if they breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
14. If you (or your companion/s, if applicable), in the opinion of the promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion/s) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.
15. The promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.
16. If any dispute arises between you and the promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
17. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these terms and conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
18. If publication will take place, by entering, you request that your full address not be published.
19. Where relevant for instant win promotions, printing and other quality control errors outside the promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms and conditions.
20. If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, the promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
21. The promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian taxation office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

22. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the competition and consumer act 2010 (cth).
23. Subject to the previous paragraph, the promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
24. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
25. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.

Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during the competition period: (a) purchase two pints of any Otherside Brewing core range draught products* in a participating venue, (b) receive a game ticket (c) scratch game ticket to reveal prize.

*participating products include festive session ale, classic lager, lo-fi citrus mid, harvest red ale, anthem ipa, cloudburst hazy ipa.

How many winners will there be, and how are they chosen?

There will be 500 two-person gig ticket winners, and 1,250 free pint winners.

Scratched tickets will reveal prizes won, allocated in equal proportions across all 50 available ‘kits’. Each ‘kit’contains the below:

10x 2-person gig tickets
25x free pint at purchasing venue
65x try again

What can i win?

There will be 500 two-person gig tickets for any Freo.Social gig (valid until June 30, 2023) available to be won. There will also be 1,250 free pints to be won across participating venues.

Scratched game tickets will reveal prizes associated with that ticket. Prizes are not transferrable, and must be redeemed at Freo.Social (in reference to two-person gig tickets), or at the location of the initial purchased pints (in reference to free pints).

The total prize pool will be $65,000.

How many times can you enter?

You may enter an unlimited amount of times, subject to ticket availability and a pre-qualifying purchase at a participating venue.

How and when will the grand prize winner be informed?

Winners will be notified of winning a prize immediately after scratching their game ticket.

To claim the 2-person gig ticket passes, winners are to contact propaganda@OthersideBrewing.com.au, indicating their unique game ticket code.

Winners will then be prompted to select a concert or event of their choice out of the schedule roster of upcoming events four at www.Freo.Social, and will either a) receive a set of 2x digital tickets to attend the event, or b) be added to the venue guest list for their desired event.

Otherside Brewing co and Freo.Social reserve the right to decline issuing tickets for specific events due to venue capacity and available tickets.

To claim a free pint winning game ticket, the winning ticket is to be handed to the participating venue in exchange for a standard pint of any Otherside Brewing core range product. Tickets may only be redeemed at the venue in which the pre-qualifying purchase was made.

Unclaimed prizes

2-person gig tickets must be redeemed on an eligible gig at Freo.Social, parry street, Fremantle, WA, 6160 taking place between the competition dates. Otherside Brewing co and Freo.Social reserve the right to deny issuing tickets to any events falling outside this period.

Free pint game tickets must be redeemed at participating venues within the competition period. Redemption of each ticket is subject to current ranging of an Otherside Brewing core range draught product, and cannot be redeemed at any other location. Participating venues reserve the right to deny exchanging winning game tickets for a standard pint if ticket is presented outside the competition period, or if the winner is deemed to be unfit to serve.

Entry instructions

To enter, you must, during the competition period: (a) visit tappedbyOtherside.com.au (b) submit artwork for review by emailing propaganda@OthersideBrewing.com.au (c) agree to terms and conditions.

How many winners will there be, and how are they chosen?

There will be two winners.

What can i win?

Each winner will have their artwork represented in outlined spaces within the Otherside Brewlounge venue at Perth airport.

The total prize pool will be $7,500.00.

How many times can you enter?

You may enter artwork into the competition a total of three times.

Entry restrictions

1. The artworks must not be derogatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, disparaging, libellous or contain any content that is inappropriate, indecent, sexual, profane, tortuous, slanderous, discriminatory in any way, or that promotes hatred or harm against any group or person or otherwise does not comply with the theme and spirit of the art competition.
2. The artworks must not contain content, material or any element that is unlawful, or otherwise in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations including the laws or regulations in any state where the art competition and supporting statements and artworks are created.
3. The artworks must not contain any content, material or element that displays any third party advertising, slogan, logo, trademark, representation of characters indicating sponsorship or endorsement by a third party or commercial entity, or any content, element, or material that violates a third party's publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights.

How and when will the grand prize winner be informed?

Winners will be selected in less than 15 business days after the competition closes, with winners informed on or before 01/05/2023. Winners will be contacted via email or by phone, as necessary.

Unclaimed prizes

Unresponding winners, or winners who cannot be contacted, will forfeit their prize, with a subsequent winner chosen in their place.

Prize transfer

Prize is not eligible for cash refund, transfers, or resale.

Licensing agreement

Selected artwork shall be licensed for use in pre-determined location at the Otherside Brewlounge in perth airport for a period no longer than 18 months. Artist shall agree to the use of their submitted art - reconfigured as necessary to suit the dimensions of final production – for the nominated compensation value only.

Promotional materials and digital use

Winning artists shall agree to the use their artwork for promotional uses in relation to the announcement and ongoing marketing of the Otherside Brewlounge for the period of 18 months following artwork selection. No additional compensation will be awarded for use of artwork in digital promotions. Artist to be consulted and have approval of promotional content before use.

Licensing exclusivity

Winning artists agree to refrain from any additional licensing agreements or arrangements for selected artwork during the 18-month time period following selection. Private exhibitions or the sale of physical productions of the artwork to be excluded from this restriction.

Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you and must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity. The promoter may collect your personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The promoter will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. By entering, you consent to the promoter keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging. By entering, you consent to receive email or sms messages from the promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility.

Entry

1. Your entry must be received during the competition period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the promoter. Where relevant, entry forms/scratch cards from any other competition cannot be used for this competition, and are void if copied, forged, stolen or interfered with. Where relevant, submitted entry forms are the promoter's property.
2. The promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.

Prizes

3. Prize/s and all elements of prize/s must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the promoter will not be liable. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the promoter, including, as relevant:

5. Booking and availability of flights, accommodation and events;
6. Conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements and applicable dress codes);
7. Conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer;
8. Travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
9. Any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
10. The requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required;
11. A requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation; and
12. A requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times.
13. You/your companion/s are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, mobile or data plans, installation costs, costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc. Event tickets can only be used once and will be deemed invalid if copied. The promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. The winner/s must keep their tickets safe and the promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.
14. The promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the prize.
15. Where relevant, the promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity. Similarly, while the promoter will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the participation of any specified celebrity/ies in the prize element/s, the promoter and prize suppliers exclude, so far as legally permissible, all liability if for any reason the celebrity/ies do not attend the prize element/s due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoter and prize suppliers (e.g. illness). Unless otherwise specified by the promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element.

General

7. Any failure by you or (if applicable) your companion/s to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the promoter or the prize supplier(s).
8. For event-based/travel prizes, you and (if applicable) your companion/s accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities.
9. If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you/your companion/s must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements). You must ensure that you/your companion/s are healthy and fit enough to take the prize. You/your companion/s must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies.
10. You/your companion/s must, if required by the promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the promoter in favour of the promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you or any companion/s do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.
11. If you or your entry are deemed by the promoter to breach these terms and conditions including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
12. You must not: (a) tamper with the entry process; (b) engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition; (c) act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner; (d) do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition; (e) breach any law; or (f) behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
13. If companion/s can take the prize with you, you are responsible for your companion/s and the promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, you or any or all of your companion/s if they breach these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
14. If you (or your companion/s, if applicable), in the opinion of the promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate, the promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion/s) from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion.
15. The promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant.
16. If any dispute arises between you and the promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
17. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these terms and conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these terms and conditions and include any applicable GST. The promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
18. If publication will take place, by entering, you request that your full address not be published.
19. Where relevant for instant win promotions, printing and other quality control errors outside the promoter’s control will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every instant win prize claim in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms and conditions.
20. If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders and the like, the promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
21. The promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian taxation office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Liability

22. Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the competition and consumer act 2010 (cth).
23. Subject to the previous paragraph, the promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
24. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.
25. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
